A positive: Gary Gardner starts. A could-go-either-way: James Collins is playing at left back. And a sign that Alex McLeish definitely holds a grudge: Emile Heskey is playing left wing today, as both Stephen Ireland and Charles N'Zogbia are on the bench.
This should go well.

I’m a Villa fan through and through, but someone….anyone…tell me something to be excited about for the future. It feels like we are approaching Chicago Cubs territory. Lethargic and no real hope.
