As though you haven't read this already. Deserves recognition though, I feel.

Excellent work from Chris Nee at twofootedtackle, letting us all know why it's absolutely silly to start calling for Houllier's head. (although I do take issue with his making us consider the merits of Luke Young when evaluating Martin O'Neill)

Editors' Note: Interview with Gerard Houllier in the Daily Mail that only involves one (!) stupid rumor. Perhaps it will make some of you excited for Monday's Liverpool match.

Apparently Aston Villa are considering former Liverpool manager Gerard Houllier to be director of football and leaving Kevin MacDonald in a coaching role. I would actually like that quite a bit.
