Ted over at The Short Fuse, SBN's Arsenal blog, discovered this via Arsenal's official site, and so I share it with you here. The Villa Reserves have been fairly successful recently, winning the South for the past three years and the league in 2008/2009.
The change affects the northerners more than the southerners, but it's still news and so I offer it up.
